Dear District 36 Members, Family and Friends,
Please review the following important Press Release. IF you care about Carnegie SVRA, please take the time to review this document, and make comments from you and your family. This is a HUGE step in the process of getting Carnegie expanded and open, so please engage in the process.
District 36 acknowledges that the release timing of this document is in the middle of prime riding season, but we must be diligent on putting in comments. Yes, nobody likes the process or the politics – but if you don’t, folks that hate OHV will be making their comments against OPENING this facility for more opportunity.

CARNEGIE SVRA PRELIMINARY GENERAL PLAN AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT
The Preliminary General Plan and associated draft environmental impact report (Draft EIR) for Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) are being circulated for public review and comment for a period of 45 days, beginning April 23, 2015. These documents, and the Notice of Availability, may be viewed online at http://www.CarnegieGeneralPlan.com/document-library.
Written comments should be submitted no later than June 8, 2015, to the following address:
