Please review the following important Press Release. \u00a0<\/strong>IF you care about Carnegie SVRA, please take the time to review this document,\u00a0<\/strong>and make comments from you and your family. \u00a0<\/strong>This is a HUGE step in the process of getting Carnegie expanded and open, so\u00a0<\/strong>please engage in the process.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/strong>District 36 acknowledges that the release timing of this document is in the middle of prime\u00a0<\/strong>riding season, but we must be diligent on putting in comments. \u00a0<\/strong>Yes, nobody likes the process or the politics \u2013 but if you don\u2019t, folks that hate OHV will be\u00a0<\/strong>making their comments against OPENING this facility for more opportunity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

CARNEGIE SVRA PRELIMINARY GENERAL PLAN AND DRAFT ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT<\/p>\n

<\/strong>The Preliminary General Plan and associated draft environmental impact report (Draft EIR) for Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area (SVRA) are being circulated for public review and comment for a period of 45 days, beginning\u00a0April 23, 2015<\/span>. These documents, and the Notice of Availability, may be viewed online at\u00a0http:\/\/www.CarnegieGeneralPlan.com\/document-library<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n
