Due to the winter wet weather please note the following when traveling to Goldnote this year: 1. Mt. Alkum Road between Pleasant Valley and Sommerset is closed do to road damage. You can take Buck Bar Road but it is not advised for large\/heavy vehicles. For large vehicles the best way is to take Highway 88 to Omo Ranch road.\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
If you have not been to Goldnote before be advised it is not conducive to large\/tall RVs unless you do not mind driving through a lot of low hanging branches. Also because of the wet winter the last mile of the road is narrow with vegetation overgrowth so plan for some contact on the sides as well for large\/long rigs.<\/strong><\/div>\n
