The District 36 monthly meetings for November and December will fall on the second Wednesday of these respective months due to the Thanksgiving holiday in November and the Christmas holidays in December.<\/p>\n
November meeting:\u00a0 Wednesday November 14, 2018
\nDecember meeting:\u00a0 Wednesday December 12, 2018
\nMeetings start at 7:30 pm and are open to members and guest.<\/p>\n
The 2019 Board takes office on December 1, 2018 and will meet for the first time at the scheduled December meeting.<\/p>\n
At this meeting the new Board of Directors will elect the Officers of the Corporation; President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer.
\nQualifications to be an officer of the Corporation:
\nOfficers shall be members in good standing of an Active Member Club\/Promoter and a resident of the District.
\nTerms of office shall be two years from December 1 through November 30 two years later.<\/p>\n
The new BOD will also select the Director of Competition, Discipline Stewards, Competition Committeemen\/Committeewomen, Sanction Steward, LAO Director, Membership Director, Operations Manual Chairman and Newsletter Editor for 2019.\u00a0If you have some time, and maybe a special skill, or just willing to work for the good of our sport we can use the help.<\/p>\n
