Update 1-22-2019<\/p>\n

Although the temporary closure of the SRI creek crossing has impacted use of the 4\u00d74 Play Area, MX Track, and gravel parking lot, OHVers can still access the Kiln Canyon and SRI Loop trail network south of the closure site via the Los Osos Trail.<\/p>\n

As you know, the OHMVR Division was given a court order (due to ongoing litigation) to close off public access across the SRI creek crossing at Carnegie SVRA. Closure became effective on Monday 1-21-2019.\"\"<\/p>\n

Again, the SVRA is working through the permitting process to restore public access to the affected areas. It is expected the OHVMR Division will provide an official update on this issue at the March 1, 2019 OHMVR Commission meeting.<\/p>\n

The closure is not expected to impact the Old Crow HS.<\/p>\n

AMA District 36 encourages our members to enjoy the epic trail conditions on routes and areas not affected by the temporary closure.\u00a0 Also, please respect the temporary closure.\u00a0 Be assured the District 36 LAO will work with our access partners and OHV Division to resolve this all too important issue.\u00a0 Stay tuned for future updates.<\/p>\n
