The District 36 Annual Sanction meeting is upon us. All Clubs and Promoters are required to have at least two representatives in attendance, one a club officer and the other the club referee (if possible). There will be an election of some Board seats who’s terms are due to expire as well as awarding of meet and event dates for the 2022 year. There can also be important information and announcements.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

All clubs and Promoters that wish to join or rejoin District 36 for 2022 must be Chartered to put on competition meets and\/or special events under the District umbrella. If you haven’t already done so please go to the online District 36 Charter Application Form, complete it and pay the charter fees in advance of the upcoming Sanction Meeting. This helps the meeting to run smoother, greatly aids the Sanction Steward and gets us out of there sooner than later.<\/strong><\/span>
