The Sanction meeting will start at 9 am and involves some miscellaneous business,\u00a0 awarding dates for meets in 2025 and electing the Board Of Directors for 2025.\u00a0 In order to qualify for a 2025 meet date as well as vote for the 2025 Board of Directors, clubs and promoters must be Charted with District 36 at or before the Sanction meeting on September 7, 2024.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Please Charter early online!\u00a0 it’s much easier for you and for District 36!\u00a0 Charter Application Online<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

When a Club or Promoter charters with District 36 they become an “Active Member” qualifying them to vote in the board of Directors election as well as attending monthly meetings and voting on any qualified Rule Change proposals that comes before the Competition Committee.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
