\"\"Many have worked at Hangtown over the years and know the routine for volunteering, however this year the event will look a little bit different.\u00a0 Amateur Day will take place May 24th<\/sup> and 25th<\/sup> (Saturday & Sunday) with the Pro Days the following weekend on May 30th<\/sup> and 31st<\/sup> (Friday & Saturday-pro Race).<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

To Sign up to as a worker there are TWO separate forms this year:<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

One is for the Amateur Days, which are May 24th<\/sup> and May 25th<\/sup> where we will need about 25 flaggers for the amateur weekend. \u00a0The Food crew won’t be working on the Amateur Weekend and I don’t believe SAR is needed for that weekend either.<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The other form is for the Pro Day where we will need full crews for the Hangtown Motocross Classic, May 30 and May 31. \u00a0We will need around 45 flaggers -so if you know people who are able bodied, have health insurance and are over 18, please send them my way, via\u00a0hangtownworker@gmail.com<\/a><\/span><\/span>\u00a0or share these forms with them (links below). We will provide workers with lunch both Amateur days as well as both days of the Pro racing. We will need proof of Health Insurance for all workers.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Again\u2026Please note THERE ARE TWO FORMS. One for Hangtown Pro Days and one for Hangtown Amateur Days and if working both weekends Both Forms must be filled out and sent in. \u00a0Tickets, bands and camping passes are separate for each weekend event.\u00a0 Warren Minster is the Inside Track Director and will be working with you all as well as the series Flagger Coordinator. \u00a0For Volunteers I will get all the meeting information out to you at a later date when it is all finalized. \u00a0As always, we will have the \u2018Wheels On The Ground\u2019 crew as well. \u00a0If you are any of the other crews, please reach out to the person listed on the form(s) for permission.\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n
