The 2025 District 36 Operations Manual (AKA: Rulebook) has been published. This manual contains all the revised and/or new rules added for 2025 as well as existing rules, all that govern competition in District 36 Sanctioned Meets.
The Manual is now published in a full page format meaning each page is not two columns. This makes it easier to read on your phone if you turn it to the “horizontal” position.
This valuable information is highly recommended for racers to review and learn the rules that pertain to your specific Discipline(s). Knowing the rules can make a difference in winning or losing a podium position and also affect advancement points that goes with how well a racer places. Knowing the rules you may also avoid penalties for rule infractions.
Keep in mind that the rules contained in the District 36 Operations Manual are a SUPPLEMENTAL set of rules to the AMA rules and are approved by the AMA. Each Meet in District 36 is sanctioned by the AMA, a requirement of District 36 and it is also recommended that you review the AMA rules for your specific Discipline(s).
Note that each Discipline has their own more specific rules generated by each Steward and approved by the District 36 Board of Directors.
