The Sanction Meeting and the District 36 monthly meeting will be held on Saturday September 7, 2024 at:

The Sanction meeting will start at 9 am and involves some miscellaneous business, awarding dates for meets in 2025 and electing the Board Of Directors for 2025. In order to qualify for a 2025 meet date as well as vote for the 2025 Board of Directors, clubs and promoters must be Charted with District 36 at or before the Sanction meeting on September 7, 2024.

When a Club or Promoter charters with District 36 they become an “Active Member” qualifying them to vote in the board of Directors election as well as attending monthly meetings and voting on any qualified Rule Change proposals that comes before the Competition Committee.
