“Strong-the Destry Abbott Story”
A District 36 LAO and DA8 STRONG Fund Raiser
The District 36 Legislative Action Office is proud to announce its showing of movie “Strong the Destry Abbott story”. This is a benefit for the D36 LAO Program and the DA8 STRONG Cancer Foundation.
The movie will be shown at the State Theatre located at 1307 J Street in Modesto, CA on January 25, 2020. Doors open at 6:30pm and show time is 7:30pm.
Our event will be the only time this movie will be shown in the Modesto area. The State Theatre has a 550 seat capacity with the latest HD and sound capabilities. Just the ticket for watching this inspirational motorcycle film! This will be a really fun night for the OHV community.
Ticket sales will go to support the District 36 LAO Program which includes professional services of the District 36 Government Relations Department, the leading California Capitol-based legislative lobbyist, and strategic legal action. That access team works full-time to protect your right to ride and compete on public and private lands. Their efforts also benefit D36 members and the greater OHV community’s right to enjoy casual trail riding with family and friends on designated roads, trails, and areas managed by local, state, and federal agencies.
The DA8 STRONG Foundation was founded by Destry Abbott and his family to improve the quality of life for cancer patients and their families through charitable support and recreation services.
The D36 LAO Program wants to encourage all those who ride dirt-bikes, SxSs, 4WDs, ATVs, jeep-type vehicles, rock crawlers, and trials-bikes and depend on continued access to public lands to attend and support this key benefit in the great town of Modesto.
