District 36 holds a meeting once a month via the ZOOM platform. These Monthly Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month.*
The Meeting consist of 3 separate meetings. the Referee meeting for general business involving the Active Members of D36 ; followed by a Competition meeting if needed for rule changes for the next competition year and/or hear and decide on protest filed by competitors ; followed by a Board of Directors meeting to oversee the general operation of the District.
*The September Meeting is held on either the First or Second Saturday in September immediately following the Annual Sanction Meeting that starts at 9:00 am, and the December Meeting is held on the second Wednesday due to the holidays later in the month.
