D36 Meetings

District 36 holds a meeting once a month via the ZOOM platform. These Monthly Meetings are held on the third Wednesday of each month.*
The Meeting consist of 3 separate meetings. the Referee meeting; followed by a Competition meeting if needed; followed by a Board of Directors meeting.
The Referee Meeting is for general business involving the Active Members of D36. The Competition Meeting is to discuss and decide on Rule changes for the next competition year as well as to hear and decide on protest filed by competitors. The BOD oversees the general operation of the District.

*The September Meeting is held on the first Saturday in September starting at 9:00 am and the December Meeting is held on the second Wednesday due to the holidays later in the month.
