Flyer Requirements (Ref: D36 Operations Manual; 10.1.4):

A. Type of Meet	B. AMA, District 36 and Title Sponsor Logos	C.  Date, day, and time of Meet	D. Opening and closings dates for entries	E. Practice times; state if no practice
F. Classes to be run; traction limitations	G.  Location of meet; directions if possible	H. Admission charge; total rider fee	I. Statement that: “Entry fee includes $3.00 LAO fee.”	J. Name of sponsoring club / promoter
K. Telephone number for information, cancellation, etc.	L.   Type of pay-back for Semi Pro events	M. Rider Medical Insurance, yes or no	N. Spectators witnessing these events thereby assume all risks for any injuries or damages resulting there from.	O. A Sound test may be given at this meet.

In the heading area of the flyer include the required headline for your discipline. Headline must be prominent and stand out to identify the series  title……
