Flyer Requirements (Ref: D36 Operations Manual; 10.1.4)

A. Type of Meet	I. Statement that: “Entry fee includes $3.00 LAO fee.”
B. AMA, District 36 and Title Sponsor Logos	J. Name of sponsoring club / promoter
C.  Date, day, and time of Meet	K. Telephone number for information, cancellation, etc.
D. Opening and closings dates for entries	L.   Type of pay-back for Semi Pro events
E. Practice times; state if no practice	M. Rider Medical Insurance, yes or no
F. Classes to be run; traction limitations	N. A Sound test may be given at this meet.
G.  Location of meet; directions if possible	O. Spectators witnessing these events thereby assume all risks for any injuries or damages resulting there from.
H. Admission charge; total rider fee

In the heading area of the flyer include the required headline for your discipline. Headline must be prominent and stand out to identify the series  title……
